摘要

本文基于文化遗产保护的原真性与完整性原则,从国际宪章的角度阐述了文化遗产整体性保护方法的提出及其发展过程,明确了整体性保护方法在文化遗产保护中的重要性。在此基础上,探讨了中国法律法规中以及上海文化遗产保护工作中对整体性保护的理解与认识,并从上海城市规划工作对文化遗产保护的操作层面,对上海衡山路-复兴路历史文化风貌区保护规划中的整体性保护方法进行了解读。
Based on the principles of authenticity and integrity in cultural heritage protection work,this paper expounds the proposition and development of "integrated-conservation.Then discusses the national and Shanghai's laws and understandings of integrated-conservation,and analyses the concrete practice of integrated-conservation in the conservation planning of Hengshan-Fuxing Road historical and cultural areas in Shanghai.
