投加竹炭强化厌氧膜生物反应器处理竹制品废水研究

摘要
厌氧膜生物反应器(AnMBR)具有污染物高效降解、资源回收利用等特点,近年来逐渐应用于高浓度有机废水处理领域,但存在的运行稳定性、膜污染严重等问题限制其工业化应用。本文采用投加竹炭强化厌氧膜生物反应器(AnMBR)工艺处理高有机物浓度、高色度的竹制品废水,研究强化工艺性能及膜污染的减缓作用。结果表明,反应器连续运行130天,COD、NH_4~+-N的去除率分别达到94%和75%,高于无竹炭投加对照组的89%和45%。投加竹炭后,强化工艺的甲烷产率上升至0.30 LCH_4/gCOD,高于对照组的0.17 LCH_4/gCOD。同时,投加竹炭可提升膜通量、降低膜阻,延长膜使用寿命。
