摘要

在国际社会越来越关注海洋的背景下,深海底生物资源作为一种重要的资源也受到各个国家的注目。深海底的生物资源主要包括海山、冷珊瑚礁,热液喷口和冷渗口生态环境下的生物资源,并且深海生物资源其具有相当高的人科研价值与实用价值。但如今深海底生物资源也面临各种威胁,虽然对于深海底的生物资源《联合国海洋公约》与《生物多样性公约》中的相关原则规定了一些原则与措施,但仍然存在一些局限。针对深海底生物遭遇的威胁以及国际公约的局限,无论是国际社会还是国内都需要做出行动。
