摘要

食品安全是我国一直高度重视的问题,而蔬菜作为我国工业生产中的主要部分,其安全问题更受到了城乡居民的重点关注。而随着经济水平的不断发展,人们的环保意识也在逐渐增强。然而纵观现阶段的蔬菜安全环境,其整体形势却是不容乐观的,蔬菜食品安全问题已然成为影响我国发展的一大因素。本文旨在对当前蔬菜食品安全作出分析,并针对性地探讨应对措施。
Food safety is a problem that our country has always attached great importance to,and vegetables as the main part of industrial production in China,Its security issues have been the focus of attention of urban and rural residents.With the continuous development of the economic level,people's environmental awareness is gradually enhanced.However,throughout the current stage of vegetable safety environment,the overall situation is not optimistic,vegetable food safety issues have become a major factor affecting the development of our country.The aim of this paper is to make an analysis of the current vegetable food safety and to deal with it.
