硒化镉魔尺寸纳米晶F463形貌研究

摘要
魔尺寸纳米晶近年来引起了研究者们的广泛兴趣。CdSe F463是一种根据其带边吸收峰的峰位(nm)命名的魔尺寸纳米晶,可由氧化镉(CdO)或醋酸镉(Cd(OAc)_2)作为镉源合成。自2006年以来,一些研究小组相继发表了若干关于或类似CdSe F463合成和表征的的文章~[1,3-6];在溶液中具有相同的光学性质的CdSe F463,其晶体形貌存在很大的争议。大部分研究小组根据TEM观察,认为CdSe F463是一种片状结构,而我们认为CdSe F463是一种点状结构~[2,7]。TEM观察到的片状结构是溶液中的物质吗?这里,我们展示CdS e F463形貌研究的最新实验数据。我们的CdSe F463魔尺寸纳米晶体的结构/形貌的研究结果将带给研究者们深刻的思考和兴趣。
Magic-size nanocrystals(MSNCs) have attracted a lot of attention, such as CdSe F463, the number of which represents the bandgap absorption peak position in wavelength(nm). CdSe F463 was reported from synthetic batches with CdO and/or Cd(OAc)_2·2H_2O as Cd sources. Since 2006, several research groups have published papers about the synthesis and characterization of CdSe F463 or its analogs. Different opinions were expressed about the morphology of CdSe F463, dot-like vs platelet-like structures. Here, we present our latest experimental data to address such as long-lasting debate. Our study brings insights into the structure/morphology-property relationship of CdSe F463 and related MSNCs.
