固定化黄孢原毛平革菌对栲胶降解的研究

摘要
本文将白腐菌黄孢原毛平革菌包埋于海藻酸钙中,制备了固定化黄孢原毛平革菌凝胶颗粒,并研究栲胶溶液及栲胶铬共基质条件下,固定化黄孢原毛平革菌对栲胶的降解影响。运用Box-Behnken Design(BBD)研究影响栲胶降解的因素。实验结果表明,当栲胶浓度为400 mg/L,处理时间为10天时,固定化黄孢原毛平革菌对栗木的降解率为89.81%,对荆树皮降解率为91.03%,槟榔降解率为76.53%。在铬共基质条件下固定化的黄孢原毛平革菌栗木降解率可以达到94.40%,荆树皮的降解率为92.43%,槟榔的降解率为83.11%。
In this paper,the immobilized Phanerochaete chrysosporium calcium alginate gel particles were prepared by entraping the hypha into calcium immobilized by Ca-alginate to prepare sodium alginate-calcium chloride immobilization gelatum bead.The degradations rate of vegetable extract and chromium co-substrates conditions by the immobilized Phanerochaete chrysosporium were researched.The influence factors of degradation of vegetable extract were researched by Box-Behnken Design(BBD).The experimental results show that under the condition of 400 mg/L vegetable extract and of 10 days treatment,the degradation rates of immobilization Phanerochaete chrysosporium to the chestnut extract,mimosa extract and gambier extract were 89.81%,91.03%,and 76.53%respectively.In chromium co-substrates condition the degradation rates of immobilized Phanerochaete chrysosporium to the chestnut extract,mimosa extract and gambier extract can reach to 94.40%,92.43%and 83.11%respectively.
