摘要

公众对环境风险的感知和风险信息获得意愿是《环境影响评价法》中公众参与制度的基础。分析公众对环境事件的技术风险源的感知和反应,识别公众居住地域等因素对辽宁经济带环境风险接受的差异及相关影响因素。在辽宁沿海经济带建设中为政府与公众在环境风险沟通中的模式选择和制度完善提供依据。
Public environmental risk perception and information acquirement will for environmental risks are the foundation of public participation system in the Environmental Impact Assessment Law. The public perception and reaction for the technical risk source of environmental events is analyzed. And public acceptance difference and the related influencing factors for environmental risks in the Liaoning coastal economic belt are identified, such as public living places. These will provide supports for selecting communication mode,and system improvement of environmental risk communication between public and government in the Liaoning coastal economic belt.
