混合浆液灌浆加固超软弱地基的施工技术研究

摘要
丽江拉市引水隧洞暗涵改建段顶管施工穿过的地层为极不均匀的湖积淤泥、泥炭等超软弱地基,顶管顶进过程难以形成必需的导向力,顶管机头容易下沉及偏斜。针对超软弱地基顶管导向力问题,本文重点研究了湖积淤泥、泥炭等超软弱地基的加固处理措施,提出以水泥、膨润土及粘土混合浆液灌浆提高软土地基强度及承载力的工程措施,使顶管在顶进过程地基能产行足够的导向反力,确保顶管施工安全可靠顺利地进行。提出的超软弱地基加固方案施工工艺简单、功效快、成本低。
The pipe jacking construction of the diversion tunnel culvert reconstruction section in Lijiang La City is very uneven lake product silt, peat and other super soft foundation. It is difficult to form the necessary guidance in the process of jacking. The head of the pipe jacking sink easily and skew. For the pipe jacking guidance force problem in the super soft foundation, this paper mainly study the lake product silt, peat and other super soft foundation reinforcement treatment measures. This paper propose the engineering measurement to improve super soft foundation strength and bearing force by grouting cement, bentonite and clay mixed slurry. The method can produce sufficient guidance anti force in the process of the pipe jacking. The construction can be put forward safely and reliably. The construction technology of the super soft foundation is simple, fast and low cost.
