铁皮石斛与大苞鞘石斛杂种F_1代观赏性状遗传分离的初步研究

摘要
铁皮石斛(母本)与大苞鞘石斛(父本)及其种间杂种F_1代群体为研究对象,对其子代茎与花的10个观赏性状的遗传分离进行了分析。结果表明,子代的茎均无大苞鞘石斛的节间膨大特征,茎粗和茎长存在遗传分离,但整体上均倾向于低矮型的母本铁皮石斛。花的颜色、先端颜色、花直径、花枝数和花朵数等花部性状同样存在明显遗传分离,尤其是子代花朵呈现不同颜色和大小,且产生了双亲没有的新花斑,这些子代为后期筛选优良品系提供了基础,也为低矮型石斛和观赏兼药用石斛的定向育种提供参考。
F_1 offspring population was obtained from a across combination between Dendrobium officinale(female parent) and Dendrobium wardianum(male parent),and genetic separation of ten ornamental traits on their stems and flowers were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the length and width of stems had genetic separation in offspring population,all F_1 offsprings had no internodes swollen stems,but they were more like the low female parent.Flower color,apex color,flower diameter,flowering branch number and flower number also had the various characters separation,especially the F_1 offsprings had different flower diameters and colors,and all F_1 offsprings had a new labellum spots which their parents haven't.These offspring population can be used for selecting good lines in the future,and this research could supply directed breeding reference for low Dendrobium,and ornamental and medicinal Dendrobium.
