摘要
深色有隔内生真菌(dark septate endophyte,DSE)泛指一群定居植物根内的小型土壤真菌,包括功能和分类关系都不明确的多种属真菌。本试验采集白洋淀湿地植物根系,研究DSE分离培养特征与物种多样性,以便为利用DSE资源促进白洋淀湿地生态环境恢复提供依据。9种湿地植物根样共分离到7种14株DSE菌株,包括首次从中国湿地植物根内分离Zopfiella latipes、Exserohilum pedicellatum无性型Setosphaeria pedicellata、Lasiosphaeria hispida和Macrophomina phaseolina。Cladosporium cladosporioides、Altemaria sp.和Endophytic ascomycete sp.也有分布,其中Altemaria sp.为优势种。大多数DSE菌株自然状态下产孢,少数菌株产生膨大泡囊(vesicle)状特殊结构;未产孢菌株观察到菌丝结合点(mycelium binging sites)、类似闭囊壳(cleistothecium)和菌丝圈(mycelium circle)结构。综合分析DSE菌落形态特征、孢子大小与形态、真菌核糖体内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)基因序列、系统发育树和一些特殊结构,表明DSE可与白洋淀湿地植物形成良好共生体,并在湿地植物生长发育中有着重要作用。
