高分子柔性可穿戴传感器用于生理信号检测

摘要
移动式的医疗诊断和便携式的人机交互能够极大方便人们的生活。实现移动诊疗和人机交互要求能够动态、实时、准确地检测如脉搏信号和肢体动作信号等多种微弱的生理信号。铁电高分子是一种性能优异的柔性多能量转换材料,能够将机械能转换成电信号。我们借助化学交联的方法来调控铁电高分子的晶体结构,利用纳米加工技术制备出特殊的纳米结构,增强了挠曲电性能,从而提高了铁电高分子对于微弱机械振动的响应性能。基于铁电高分子的柔性器件能够与人体很好的贴合,当贴于手腕桡动脉处时,能够实时准确地检测到脉搏信号及其细节的变化,能够被用于心血管健康实时跟踪和移动诊断以及心血管药物的研究。如图Fig.1(a)所示。将柔性高分子功能器件贴附于人体的肘部、指部、额部等部位,能够记录并识别出人体不同部位的各种运动形式。譬如手指的弯曲与伸直两种不同的方式,如图Fig.1(b),从而分析出人体所处的运动姿势或心里状态,可应用于便携式的人机交互系统。
Mobilehealthcare monitoring and human-machine interface require dynamic and accurate recognizing physiological signals. Here we successfully fabricate high performance wearable transducersby using ferroelectric polymer, which is sensitive to tiny force. By using cross-linking and pyramid nano-structure, the sensitivity of the device is improved. When attached on the wrist, the device is perfect in monitoring dynamic pulse signals under various conditions, such as physical exercise and taking drugs.Itprovides abundant real-time information about the healthy condition of cardiovascular system, making it suitable for mobile diagnosis. The device is also able to monitor and record the movements of different parts of our body, such as finger, elbow and forehead. Understanding these body languages can help determine the physical and mental states, which is benefit for human-machine interface.
