生物质催化转化制取有机羧酸(酯)

摘要
有机羧酸(酯)是化学反应中重要的反应试剂及溶剂,具有种类丰富、化学性质稳定等优点,可通过一系列衍生化反应制备用途广泛的化学品。生物质是自然界中唯一的可再生碳资源,具有量大、分布广、成本低、可持续等特点。我们可以通过采用水解、选择性氧化和催化还原等方式,可将生物质高效转化为有机羧酸(酯)。我们发现除传统的无机质子酸外,新型磁性固体酸、杂多酸等催化剂都可用于生物质水解,使其直接转化为乙酰丙酸、甲酸、乙酸等有机羧酸。此外生物质水解得到的平台化合物如乙酰丙酸、糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛等,通过催化还原、氧化等方式制取的γ-戊内酯、戊酸(酯)、2,5-呋喃二甲酸(酯)、糠酸酯等有机羧酸(酯),具备含氧燃料、有机溶剂和高分子材料单体等重要用途。
Organic carboxylic acids/esters are regarded as important reaction reagents and solvents, which are various, stable in nature, they could be converted into widely used chemicals through derivatization reactions. Biomass is the only renewable carbon resource in nature. Biomass and its derivatives could be converted into organic carboxylic acids/esters through catalytic hydrolysis, selective oxidation and reduction, et al. Except for traditional mineral acid, novel magnetic solid acids, heteropoly acid catalysts were found to be efficient for the directly conversion of biomass into levulinic acid, formic acid and acetic acid, etc. The compounds derived from biomass, e.g. levulinic acid, furfural and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural could be converted into γ-valerolactone, valeric acid, valerate esters, furancarboxylic acid and its esters, 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid and its esters, through catalytic reduction and oxidation. The organic carboxylic acids/esters derived from biomass could be served as hydrogen storage medium, novel organic solvents, polymer monomers et al.
