孔隙率结构碳酸钙微球的制备

摘要
碳酸钙是自然界最丰富的生物矿物之一,它的化学性质稳定,生物相容性好,多孔隙率的碳酸钙微球作为药物载体材料在药物缓释体系中具有潜在的应用前景。本文分别以CaCl_2和Na_2CO_3为反应物,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱(BS-18)与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的混合表面活性剂为模板,在室温水溶液中制备了多孔的碳酸钙微球,用SEM对其形貌进行表征,所制备的球霰石碳酸钙的球壁由纳米粒子组成,具有多孔形貌的特征。
CaCO_3 is one of the most abundant biominerals in nature,its chemical stability,good biocompatibility,CaCO_3 porous microspheres have the potential application in the sustained drug delivery.CaCO_3 porous microspheres were synthesied using CaCl_2,Na_2CO_3,the surfactants of Dodecyl dimethyl betaine(BS-18) and Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) in mixed aqueous solution at room temperature.The products were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
