聚吡咯功能化磁性凹凸棒复合材料吸附和催化降解水溶液中有机污染物的性能研究

摘要
本文以聚吡咯(PPy)功能化磁性凹凸棒设计合成出同时具有吸附和催化降解功能的新型氮掺杂的磁性复合材料(ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy),通过批吸附实验的方式研究了ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy对水溶液中有机染料的去除能力。ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy复合材料具有磁性特点,能方便快速分离和回收。以两种阴离子染料甲基蓝(MB)和酸性品红(AR)为有机染料的代表研究了ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy复合材料吸附去除水体中有机污染物的性能。实验结果显示,ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy复合材料呈现出良好的吸附能力,在有机污染物初始浓度为100mg/L时,ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy复合材料对MB和AR的吸附率可达75.6%和53.6%,这主要归因于无机种类和聚合物的引入所形成的协同效应。此外还进一步研究了ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy复合材料催化过一硫酸盐(PMS)降解有机物的能力,以阴离子染料甲基橙(MO)和两种阳离子染料结晶紫(CV)和亚甲基蓝(MLB)为目标去除物。实验结果显示,高于99%的MO、CV和MLB被去除,呈现非常高的去除效率。ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy复合材料呈现出良好的的吸附性能和催化降解性能使其具有极大的潜力被应用在水相中有机染料的高效去除。
A newly designed N-doped magnetic attapulgite(ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy) were fabricated and used for the adsorption and degradation of aqueous organic pollutants.ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy with high saturation magnetization could make their separation easy after water treatment with an external magnetic field.Different types of dyes including negatively charged Methyl Blue(MB) and Acid Fushin(AF) were applied as adsorbates to evaluate the adsorption ability of the as-prepared ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy.The hybrid composite exhibited excellent adsorption performances for MB and AR,which were mainly because of the synergistic effects of inorganic species and polymer.Moreover,ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy hybrid were used as catalysts to activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS) to oxidatively degrade various organic dyes in water.More than 99%of Methyl Orange(MO),Methylene Blue(MLB)and Crystal Violet(CV) were removed.Good adsorption capacity,high degradation efficiency as well as simple preparation were important advantages for the practical application in organic dye removal by ATP-MnFe_2O_4@PPy.
