某SUV整车开发过程中制动管路对制动性能的影响

摘要
通过理论分析与有限元流体模拟,建立制动液压力在制动管路中传播的物理模型和数学模型,并分析了制动管路对整车制动性能的影响。制动管路中压力传播过程存在响应滞后,为过阻尼系统,前期延迟31ms,后期存在0.3MPa滞后压差。
The physical model and the mathematical model is established to describe the spread of the fluid pressure in the brake pipe through the theoretical analysis and the fluid simulation.The effect of the brake pipe on the braking performance is analyzed.It is existed that propagation of Brake pressure exists a time lag.The brake system is over- damped system which has a 31 ms time delay in the beginning and a 0.3 MPa pressure delay in the later period.
