摘要

近年来,河湖水系连通已成为水利科学的研究热点。本文叙述了春秋时期历经隋唐直至现代,不同时期河湖水系连通工程的发展历程,结合历史发展及实践经验,从经济、社会、生态三个方面论述了河湖连通工程的效益,同时例举了建设中可能会存在的种种弊端,并针对其未来建设发展提出了有关建议,希望为河湖水系连通工程的发展提供有益帮助和启示。
In recent years,Interconnected River System Network has become a hot research topic in water science.This paper describes the development of the Interconnected River System Network engineering from the Spring and Autumn period to the Sui and Tang Dynasties until the modem period.According to the historical development and practical experience,,it issues the benefits of the Interconnected River System Network projects from the three aspects of economic,social,ecological,however,it also issues the the various defects that may exist.Finally,we put forward some suggestions to the future development,hoping to provide helps and enlightenment for the development of the ISRN engineering.
