国Ⅵ排放法规下中重型柴油机蠕铁气缸盖设计

摘要
纵观全球范围内,面向欧Ⅵ排放法规全新设计开发的柴油机,缸内峰值爆发压力多数超过20MPa,且呈现逐步上升趋势,这种趋势在中重型柴油机上更加明显。如此高的爆发压力,对气缸盖的设计开发带来了挑战,气缸盖本身材料的选择和关键部位的尺寸参数的详细设计,成了缸盖设计开发能否成功的关键。本文结合一汽国Ⅵ产品开发经验,介绍中重型柴油机蠕铁气缸盖的设计开发过程和注意事项。
Throughout the world,facing the Euro Ⅵ emission regulations of the new design and development of diesel engine,in cylinder peak firing pressure more than 20 MPa and showed a gradual upward trend,this trend in the medium and heavy duty diesel engine is more obvious.Such a high firing pressure,brings in challenges to the design and development of cylinderhead,cylinder head material selection and key parts of the detailed design,is the key to the success of the cylinderhead design and development.In this paper,combined with the development experience of the Ⅵ engine,the design and development process of the CGI cylinderhead of the medium and heavy duty diesel engine are introduced.
