纯单质溶液法制备高效CZTSSe薄膜电池

摘要
铜锌锡硫硒(CZTSSe)太阳能电池由于其低成本,合适的禁带宽度以及高的光吸收而受到人们的广泛关注。~(【1】)然而,与铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳能相比,CZTSSe薄膜太阳能电池的开路电压(VOC)明显较低,这严重限制了其效率的提升。最近研究表明,增加体系中硫的含量,能提高其带隙,从而提升开路电压。在本文中,通过在前驱体溶液中加入不同含量的硫粉,制备了不同硒硫比例的CZTSSe薄膜。通过XRD,Raman以及SEM等表征,我们发现随着硫含量的增加,开路电压得到了明显的提升。在硫含量为20%时,得到了最高效率8.30%。
CZTSSe based thin film solar cells have received considerable interests due to low material cost, suitable band gaps and high absorption coefficient of CZTSSe materials. However, compared with the CIGS thin film solar cell, CZTSSe thin film solar cell has a lower VOC, which has seriously limited the improvement of efficiency. Recently, some groups found that increasing the S content in the bulk will increase the band ganp, which will enhance theVOC. Here, we prepared the different S content thin film through adding different quantity of S in the precursor solution. XRD, Raman and SEM characterizations indicated that theVOC of CZTSSe thin film solar cell has enhanced with increasing the S content. The best efficieny of 8.30% has achieved with the S content of 20%.
