大口径钻孔成孔及套管安装技术应用研究

摘要
保德煤矿大口径钻孔工程,套管口径大,施工周期长,施工难度大,工程成本高;采用先钻导向孔,然后分级扩孔的方法进行大口径钻孔施工,并采用了一种新型矿山大口径钻孔套管安装装置。结果表明:分级扩孔方法,保证了大口径钻孔施工顺利进行;新型套管安装装置,有效地解决了现有矿山大口径套管安装过程中的技术难题。新型套管安装装置,具有创新性、实用性、可靠性等优点,在工程建设的许多领域,具有推广应用价值。
In the large diameter borehole engineering of Baode Mine,the diameter of the casing was large,the construction period was long,construction difficulty was high and the engineering cost was high.A pilot borehole was firstly drilled and then a sectional reaming method was applied to the large diameter borehole construction.A new mine large diameter borehole installation device was applied.The results show thatthe sectional reaming method could ensure the large diameter construction of large diameter borehole constructionsuccessfully conducted.The new casing installation device could effectively solve the technical problems occurred in the installation process of the mine large diameter casing.The new casing installation device would have an innovation,Practices,reliability and other advantages and could have the promotion and application values in many areas of the engineering construction.
