水泥浆液流变参数的时变性分析

摘要
注浆加固是边坡稳定性综合治理的一种有效技术。由于人们对水泥浆液流变性质与注浆加固机理认识水平的差异,造成注浆施工质量参差不齐。本研究基于水泥浆液流变试验,分析了工程常用水灰比(0.5,0.6与0.7)水泥浆液服从幂律型流体,不同水灰比浆液粘度均随胶凝时间的增大而增大;水泥浆液稠度系数、表观粘度与水灰比之间可构建以e为底的指数经验方程;同时,综合时变性幂律浆液的流变性规律,建立了具有时变性的幂律型流变方程:τ=c_0e~(kt)γ~n,其研究成果可对实际工程提供合理的科学指导。
Grouting reinforcement is an effective technique to Comprehensive control of the slope stability.Different people have different view for cement slurry rheological properties and grouting reinforcement mechanism, so the grouting construction quality is uneven. This paper researches grouts time-dependent behavior of viscosity, and verifies the engineering commonly used water-cement ratio(W/C) 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 cement grout obey the power-law fluid properties. Different water cement ratio grouts viscosity increases with the increase of gelation time. Experimental results show that quantitative relationship between W/C and consistency coefficient and apparent viscosity of power-law cement grouts may be all expressed by exponential function of taking e as base number. Considering the time-dependent behavior of power-law grouts, its rheological equation can be expressed as τ=c_0e~(kt)γ~n, and these research results could provide reasonable scientific guidance to practical engineering.
