摘要
从健康山羊胃肠道内容物及黏膜中分离到60株疑似乳酸菌菌株,通过对疑似菌株的进一步革兰染色镜检形态和染色特性观察以及16S rRNA序列扩增测序分析,共鉴定出32株乳酸菌,归属于7个属,15个种,其中从链球菌属鉴定出4种乳酸菌,肠球菌属鉴定出6种乳酸菌,其余明串珠菌属、乳球菌属、片球菌属、乳杆菌属、魏斯氏菌属各鉴定出1种乳酸菌。该结果为进一步了解山羊胃肠道乳酸菌的菌群种类及山羊益生菌制剂的开发提供了候选菌株。
A total of 32 lactic acid bacteria were identified from 60 suspected strains isolated from the gastrointestinal content and mucosa of healthy goats,and further identified based on microscopic observations of morphologies and characteristics of Gram staining,as well as 16 S rRNA sequence amplification and analysis.The results showed that 4 strains belong to Streptococcus,6 strains Enterococcus,and 1 Ascococus,1 Lactococcus,1 Pediococcus,1 Lactobacillus,1 Weissella.This study provided the further understanding of goat gastrointestinal flora species of lactic acid bacteria and the selection of candidates of goat probiotics strains.
