不同年龄山羊胃肠道乳酸菌的分离比较

摘要
为了解不同年龄山羊胃肠道乳酸菌种类的差异,试验对2月龄断奶羔羊、8月龄和2岁龄山羊瘤胃刮取物及回肠黏膜刮取物中的乳酸菌进行了分离,并比较了不同年龄山羊乳酸菌的种类。结果表明:从2月龄断奶羔羊瘤胃刮取物中分离到巴黎链球菌,回肠黏膜刮取物中分离到屎肠球菌;8月龄山羊瘤胃刮取物中分离到巴黎链球菌、耐久肠球菌和弯曲乳杆菌,回肠黏膜刮取物种分离到屎肠球菌和肠膜明串珠菌;从2岁龄山羊瘤胃刮取物中分离到巴黎链球菌、耐久肠球菌、戊糖片球菌、海氏肠球菌、鹑鸡肠球菌,回肠黏膜刮取物种分离到屎肠球菌、肠膜明串珠菌和粪肠球菌。结果说明:随着山羊年龄的增加,瘤胃黏膜和回肠黏膜中乳酸菌的种类增加,可从较大年龄山羊分离鉴定的乳酸菌中筛选出可作为益生菌的菌株来研究和开发山羊微生态制剂供羔羊使用,利于尽早丰富肠道乳酸菌的种类。
The objective of this study is to compare the differences of Lactic acid bacteria classes isolated from different age goats' gastrointestinal tracts.Lactic acid bacteria were isolated and identified from goat rumen scraping materials and ileal mucosa scraping materials of the three age group goats,such as 2-month-old weaned lambs,8-month-old goats and2-year-old goats.Streptococcus lutetiensis from 2-month-old weaned lambs' rumen scraping materials,and Enterococcus faecium from 2-month-old weaned lambs-ileal mucosa scraping materials were identified.Streptococcus lutetiensis,Enterococcus durans and Lactobacillus curvatus from 8-month-old goats' rumen scraping materials,and Enterococcus faecium and Leuconostoc mesenteroides from ileal mucosa scraping materials were identified.Streptococcus lutetiensis,Enterococcus durans,Pediococcus pentosaceus,Enterococcus hirae and Enterococcus gallinarum from 2-year-old goats' rumen scraping materials,and Enterococcus faecium,Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Enterococcus faecalis from ileal mucosa scraping materials were identified.The results showed that the species of lactic acid bacteria from goat rumen scraping materials and ileal mucosa scraping materials increased with the age.It suggested we can select those Lactic acid bacteria separated from older goats used as probiotic Lactic acid bacteria to enrich the Lactic acid bacteria species in goat lamb much earlier.
