黄曲霉毒素的危害及其脱毒方法研究进展

摘要
本文综述了黄曲霉毒素的理化性质、对动物免疫功能,生长发育,繁殖机能的危害以及产生致畸致癌作用危害人体健康,对全球农业经济影响较大,并介绍了利用物理、化学和生物方法进行脱毒的方法和措施,旨在为降解黄曲霉毒素提供理论基础和研究思路。
In this paper,we summarized the physical and chemical properties of Aflatoxins,on animal immune function and growth and development,reproductive function of the harm,endanger human body health effect that cause cancer and birth defects,influence on the global agricultural economy,and introduced the use of physical,chemical and biological methods for detoxification measures,aimed at providing theoretical basis and research methods for degradation of aflatoxin.
