摘要

从患肺炎支原体的牛体内分离到一株细菌,命名为GDZJcattle2014。通过培养特性、染色特性及微Vitek 2 compact微生物鉴定系统生化试验、16S rRNA基因序列的测定鉴定为溶血曼氏杆菌。提示溶血曼氏杆菌在由长途运输引发的犊牛呼吸道疾病综合症中也起到了重要的协同作用,需引起关注。
In the experiment,A bacterial strain GDZJ2014 was isolated from a beef cattle,which Suffered from typical Mycoplasma bovis pneumonia.The strain was identified as Mannheimia haemolytica by morphological characteristics,cultural characteristics,biological characterization and the 16 s rRNA gene sequence analysis.It is indicated that the Mannheimia haemolytica also played an important role on bovine respiratory disease complex after a long-distance transportation.So should be paid attention on it.
