雅鲁藏布江中游鱼类早期资源种类鉴定及其分布特征

2015年4-6月对雅鲁藏布江中游30个样点进行了鱼类早期资源种类调查,并分析了其分布特征。采用分子鉴定技术,对雅鲁藏布江中游各个样点所获仔鱼的mtDNA Cyt b基因进行扩增和测序分析,并分别构建NJ和ML系统进化树,以此判定每个个体的种类。结果显示,雅鲁藏布江中游主要的鱼类早期资源种类有8种,分别是拉萨裂腹鱼、巨须裂腹鱼、异齿裂腹鱼、双须叶须鱼、拉萨裸裂尻、尖裸鲤、细尾高原鳅、异尾高原鳅。从空间分布特征来看,米林帮仲、甲格等江段是裂腹鱼类的主要分布江段,尼洋河口、贡嘎、曲玛等江段是高原鳅类的主要分布江段。本研究结果可以为雅鲁藏布江鱼类早期资源研究积累资料,并提供科学依据。
Thirty sampling points from middle reach of the Yarlung Zangbo River were surveyed for early fish resources investigation and their distribution characteristics were analyzed from April to June of 2015. Based on the molecular identification technique, the mtDNA Cyt b gene of the fry from the middle of the Yarlung Zangbo river was amplified and sequenced, and the phylogenetic trees of NJ and ML were constructed respectively to determine the species of each individual. The results showed that there are eight kinds of early fish species in the middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River, which including S. waltoni(Regan), S. macropogon(Regan), S.oconnori(Lloyd), P. dipogon(Regan), S. younghusbandi Regan, O. stewartii(Lloyd), T.stenura(Herzenstein), T. stewartii(Hora). The fissure fish were mainly distributed in the Mainling-Bangzhong and Jiage sections and Triplophysa were mainly distributed in the Nyang estuary, Gongga and Quma sections. This study can intended to accumulate datas and provide scientific foundation to the early fish resources in Yalung zangbo river
