肉桂精油的超临界CO_2萃取及其GC-MS分析

摘要
以桂皮为原料,考察超临界CO_2不同萃取条件对肉桂精油得率及桂皮醛萃取率的影响。试验结果显示,超临界CO_2萃取肉桂精油的较优条件为:原料粒度30目,萃取压力25MPa,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间4h(5L萃取釜,CO2流量50~60kg/h);在此条件下,肉桂精油的得率为6.75%,精油中桂皮醛的含量高达70.44%。另外,GC-MS分析结果表明,肉桂精油的主要成分有桂皮醛、α-可巴烯、β-毕澄茄烯、α-衣兰油烯等。
Extraction of cassia oil from Chinese cassia by supercritical carbon dioxide was studied.The experimental result shows that grind degree of material was at 30 holes,the pres was 25 MPa,the extracting temperature was 60℃,the time was 4h.In this condition,the yield was 6.75%,the content of Cinnamic aldehyde was 70.44%.The essential oil is analyzed with GC-MS.The result shows that the main components are Cinnamic aldehyde,a-Copaene,P-Cadinene,a-Muurolene.
