大庆长垣过渡带储层裂缝控砂体压裂技术

摘要
大庆长垣过渡带开发低产低效严重,常规压裂工艺对于提高单井产能作用有限。针对过渡带储层开发挖潜难题,创新提出裂缝控砂体压裂技术思路,并通过18口井现场试验验证了技术思路的可行性,从裂缝延伸控制、有效支撑控制、降低储层伤害控制、压裂后防砂控制4个方面进行了探索,形成了大庆长垣过渡带储层裂缝控砂体压裂技术。通过对试验井长达5年的压裂后效果跟踪评价分析表明,裂缝控砂体压裂技术大大提高了大庆长垣过渡带单井产能,低油价环境下经济效益明显,具有较好的现场推广应用价值。
The development of Daqing Placanticline transition zone is characterized by low productivity and low efficiency, for which the conventional fracturing technology has limited effect on improving the single well productivity. In order to tap the potential reservoirs in the transition zone, an innovative fracturing technology for control sand body has been put forward, and its feasibility was verified by the field application of 18 wells,including fracture extension control, effective proppant support control, reservoir damage reduction control, and post-fracturing sand flowback control. The fracturing technology for sand control body of reservoir fractures in Daqing Placanticline transition zone has been formed. Through tracking and evaluating the post-fracturing effect of the test wells for more than five years, it showed that the fracturing technology for sand control body of reservoir fractures has greatly improved the productivity of single well in Daqing Placanticline transition zone, and the obvious economic benefits have gained at low oil price environment with great prospect and generalization in the field application.
