转炉少渣冶炼深脱磷过程热力学与动力学分析

摘要
转炉脱磷具有脱磷效率高、能控制脱磷渣起泡等优点。热力学研究表明转炉吹炼初期熔池内存在碳磷的选择性氧化转变,且转变温度随着金属和炉渣成分及CO分压的变化而变化;利用转炉脱磷动力学模型能对冶炼过程中磷含量的变化趋势做有效预测,同时可以分析熔渣化学性质对转炉脱磷过程的影响,对改善工艺操作参数有一定的指导意义。
Converter as a metallurgical reactor applied to dephosphorization in steelmaking process shows distinguished edges such as its high efficiency and the extent of emulsification can be controlled by manually operation.Thermodynamic studies have shown that early converter molten has C-P selective oxidation transformation,transition temperature has changed with metal and slag composition and CO partial pressure.Using the dynamic model of converter dephosphorization can predict phosphorus content change tendency in the smelting process,and it can also be analyzed about slag chemical properties affect converter dephosphorization process,the model was useful for t improve technological operational parameters.
