IF钢铸坯中大型夹杂物分析

摘要
针对某厂IF钢大型夹杂物含量偏高,采用示踪法对大型夹杂物进行系统分析。结果表明,稳态铸坯中大型夹杂物平均含量为24.7mg/10kg,粒度50μm~350μm,基本为Al_2O_3-SiO_2-CaO-MnO-MgO复合脱氧产物。非稳态铸坯中大型夹杂物平均含量为35.4mg/10kg,粒度100μm~400μm,多数含有La、Ce等示踪元素,卷渣现象较为明显。
In view of the high content of large inclusions in IF steel in a factory,the system analysis of large inclusions by tracing method was carried out.The results showed that the average content of large inclusions in billet casting steady 24.7mg/10 kg,particle size of 50μm~350μm,basic Al_2O_3-SiO_2-CaO-MnO-MgO composite deoxidation products.The average content of the large inclusions in the unsteady casting billet is 35.4mg/10 kg,the particle size of 100μm~400μm,most of which contain La,Ce and other trace elements.
