指控系统软件快速过程改进方法研究

摘要
指控系统软件作为现代战争核心要素,其质量水平至关重要。本文提出了一种针对指控系统软件的快速过程改进方法。通过对军用标准关注的软件过程要素进行定量评价,分析各过程和活动的现状和差距,帮助企业快速实施针对性改进。该方法已在多家企业进行了应用,取得了良好效果,可作为企业开展软件过程改进的有效工具,为提高军队指控系统软件质量水平发挥积极作用。
As a core fact in modern war, command and control system's quality plays an important role. The paper proposed a method aiming at improving software process of command and control system rapidly. With quantitatively evaluating factors of software process which concerned in military standard and analyzing the status and gap of processes and activations, we can help enterprises implement effective improvement rapidly. This method has been applied in several enterprises and been proved effective. This method can be used as an effective tool for enterprises to carry out software process improvement, promote the quality of the military command and control system software.
