隧道及地下工程新设备新材料应用进展

摘要
目前,我国已经是世界上隧道及地下工程规模最大、数量最多、修建技术发展速度最快的国家,技术水平和建设成就已走在世界前列。在隧道及地下工程建设过程中,创新的理念、革新的技术和转化推广应用的新产品不断出现,推动了我国隧道技术的不断进步。近几年来,隧道及地下工程中采用了大量的机械化施工设备和高效环保的材料,如隧道开挖设备、隧道喷锚支护设备、隧道防排水新材料、隧道施工防塌方安全监控预警设备(系统)及混凝土纳米辅助添加料等,本文将对其主要性能特点予以介绍,以便推广应用。
China has the largest amount of tunnels and underground works in the world,and China led the world in tunnel construction technologies and achievements.In tunnels and underground works construction process,innovation concepts,innovation technologies,new equipment and new materials drastically propel Chinese tunnel technology forward.In recent years,more and more mechanized construction equipment and environmentally friendly materials were applied in tunnels and underground works.For example,tunneling equipment,shotcrete-bolt support equipment,new waterproof-drainage materials,tunnel collapse real-time monitoring and early alarms device(system) and nano-material combined with superfine admixture on tunnel concrete.This article will introduce the main characteristics in order to promote the application.
