大断面黄土隧道下穿高速公路开挖施工参数分析

摘要
大西客运专线某黄土隧道开挖断面大,围岩稳定性差,下穿高速公路时存在一定施工风险。基于有限元Plaxis-3D分析软件,采用摩尔-库伦破坏模型,对隧道开挖采用双侧壁导坑法进行了数值模拟,研究分析了不同开挖循环进尺、开挖顺序、开挖分块大小等参数对隧道变形和受力的影响。研究结果显示:大断面黄土隧道下穿高速公路时采用双侧壁导坑法施工,开挖循环进尺宜控制在1.0 m;选择先开挖左导坑、后开挖右导坑施工工序;下导坑高度采用3.0 m左右。这些开挖参数为隧道采用双侧壁导坑法施工提供了依据。
One loess tunnel in Daxi railway is of large section,and the stability of the surrounding rock is poor,construction risks exist when it passes through highway.Based on Plaxis-3D finite element software,Mohr-Coulomb model was adopted to do numerical simulation for tunnel excavation using double-side-drift method.Different cycle footages,excavation sequences and altitude differences were analyzed to study their influence on tunnel deformation and stress.The result shows that:when adopting double-side-drift method in large section loess tunnel passing through highway,the single-cycle footage should be about 1 meters;left heading should be firstly excavated and right heading should be secondly excavated;besides,the under heading should be about 3 meters.These construction parameters provide references for the tunneling adopting double-side-drift method.
