泥质岩地层控制变形的隧道施工工法研究

摘要
为解决泥质岩隧道施工中普遍存在的沉降和收敛过大问题,寻求一套适合泥质岩地层的合理工法体系,以该地层的小寨隧道开挖为依托,从安全、进度和设备利用等方面进行比选,通过围岩监控量测数据分析,采用三台阶七步开挖法,通过结合合理的开挖支护方式,能够较好地控制围岩变形量和塑性区范围,并且具有合理的经济效益,施工进度较快,适用于泥质岩隧道的施工。通过加强初支的刚度可以有效的控制围岩的变形,进一步说明开挖方式、支护刚度是影响围岩变形的主要因素。文章所展示的研究方法对于以后的施工具有一定的参考性。
In order to solve the settlement and convergence is too large in the construction of the argillaceous rock tunnel,and search for a suitable method system,this paper based on the Xiaozhai tunnel excavation,comparing the security,progress and equipment use and other aspects.By analyzing the monitoring data of surrounding rock,Three-bench Seven-step Excavation Method can well control the deformation and plastic zone of surrounding rock.This method have reasonable economic benefits and rapid construction progress.At the same time,by changing excavation method and the stiffness of the Initial support and secondary lining,the deformation of surrounding rock can be effective controlled.This shows that excavation method and the stiffness of the Initial support and secondary lining are the important factors to the deformation of surrounding rock.Each soft rock tunnel faceing different construction problems can use those factors to control the deformation of surrounding rock,this has a certain reference for the future construction.
