狮子洋隧道水底盾构江中对接施工

摘要
狮子洋隧道全长10.8km,是目前国内隧道最长、标准最高的水底隧道,同时也是世界上速度目标值最高、国内第一条铁路水底隧道和国内第一条铁路客运专线盾构隧道,具有建设规模大、周期长、系统复杂、技术要求高、风险大等特点,而且隧道水压高、线路长、地层渗透性大、运行速度快,号称为中国铁路世纪隧道,是广深港客运专线的控制性工程。狮子洋隧道施工技术在高速公路建设上、铁路建设上、尤其是高速铁路建设上不常见,隧道进出口各采用两台直径φ11.2 m泥水盾构采用"相向掘进、地中对接、洞内拆机"的方式组织施工,最终在江中实现地中对接和拆机。
Shiziyang Tunnel with length of 10.8 km,is currently the longest underwater tunnel with the highest standards in China,but also the tunnel with highest speed target value in the world,the first railway underwater tunnel and the first passenger railway shield tunnel in China,being characterized by large construction scale,long construction duration,complex system,high technical requirements and high risks.It is the key project on GuangzhouShenzhen-Hong Kong passenger dedicated line in terms of high water pressure,long length,high ground permeability and high running speed.Two slurry shields with diameter of 11.2 m are adopted to excavate Shiziyang tunnel from entrance and exit portals in way of opposite driving,underground docking and dismantling in tunnel.
