铝木结合模板体系在某超高层施工中的应用

摘要
随着超高层建筑的快速发展,超高层施工工艺技术日臻成熟,模板体系的流水作业对于超高层施工工期影响重大。随着建筑结构形式的愈发多样,超高层中单一模板形式无法满足周转快,组合灵活,成本低廉,混凝土成型美观等要求。多种模板组合体系正被广泛应用于解决以上难点,铝合金模板与木模板的协同使用,能够有效满足上述超高层施工中对模板体系的要求。
With the rapid development of ultra-high-rise buildings,high-rise construction technology matured,assemblyline formwork system for super high-rise construction period significant impact.With the building structure in the form of increasingly diverse,high-rise in the form of a single formwork can not meet the turnover is quick,the combination of flexible,low cost,concrete forming aesthetic requirements.Variety of formworks combined system is being widely used to solve the above difficulties,the aluminum alloy used in conjunction with wooden formworks formwork,can effectively meet these super high-rise construction in the formwork system requirements.
