不同腐蚀环境下锈蚀产物微观形貌的对比分析

摘要
腐蚀环境下混凝土中的钢筋锈胀问题在钢筋混凝土耐久性研究中占有重要的地位。通过环境扫描电镜观察、EDS分析、XRD衍射分析等微观分析手段,研究了腐蚀环境下混凝土中钢筋内外锈层的形貌、成分与物相组成。研究表明,在两种不同腐蚀环境下,锈蚀产物的微观形貌存在较大的差异。通电环境下,锈层形貌主要为鳞片状、针状、蜂窝状、絮状、球形簇状、层状等,结构较疏松,且锈蚀产物含氧量低,其主要成分是Fe_3O_4。千湿循环环境下,锈层形貌主要为网型鳞片状、粒状、块状等,结构密实度较高,且锈蚀产物被氧化程度高,其主要成分是γ—FeOOH。
The corrosion of steel reinforcement in corrosion environment is one of the major deterioration problems of reinforced concrete structures.Several experimental techniques such as SEM,EDS and X-ray diffraction were used to study the composition and sub microscopic structure of the corrosion products.The results indicate that the sub microscopic structure of the corrosion products have big difference,which mainly includes scaly petals type,acicular,honeycomb,flocculent,globular clusters,layered in the impressed current tests,and scaly mesh type,granular,block in the dry/wet cycling tests.And the degree of oxidation is higher in the dry/wet cycling test.
