摘要

医院现有业务系统主要面向流程设计,管理者缺乏全局角度了解医疗质量情况,而传统的联机事务处理技术无法有效解决数据集成的难题。本文基于商业智能技术,创建医疗质量数据仓库,并利用加权TOPSIS法建立医疗质量综合评价模型,挖掘医院各个科室的医疗质量优劣。整个系统有助于管理者全方位掌握医疗质量情况,找出影响医疗质量的薄弱环节,为提高医院的整体医疗质量水平提供决策依据。
Thehospitals' existing business systems are mainly process-oriented,so the managers are unable to query and analyze the hospital-wide date of medical quality,while the On-line Transaction Processing can' t effectively solve the problem of data integration.Based on Business Intelligence,the Medical Quality Management System establishes data warehouse,then builds a comprehensive evaluation of medical quality with the weighted TOPSIS method,which evaluate each department According to the system,the managers can learn about detailed medical quality,find out the weak points in quality management,and provide scientific base for hospital management.
