推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效分析

摘要
目的:分析不同方法对椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效。方法:选取2014年6月到2016年6月本院收治的82名椎动脉型颈椎病患者进行治疗,将82例患者根据入院先后顺序分为实验组与对照组,每组41例患者。其中对照组采取西药治疗方法,实验组结合推拿治疗方法,同时对两组患者的临床疗效加以对比,并且仔细记下治疗过程中以及治疗以后出现的不良反应情况。结果:研究结果表明,实验组临床痊愈25例,整体有效率是92.68%;对照组临床痊愈患者是17例,整体有效率是82.93%,两组临床疗效对比存在明显差异(P<0.05),同时两组均未出现显著不良反应。结论:利用推拿方法对椎动脉型颈椎病进行治疗,明显要比采用西药治疗方法好,并能够促进患者早日治愈,因而当前可考虑作为临床治疗的首选方法。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of different Methods:on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods:From June 2014 to June 2016,82 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were treated.82 patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission,each group of 41 patients.The control group was treated with Western medicine,the experimental group combined with massage therapy,while the two groups of patients to compare the clinical efficacy,and carefully record the course of treatment and adverse reactions after treatment Results:The total effective rate was 92.68%in the 25 cases of clinical recovery and 17 cases in the control group.The overall effective rate was 82.93%.There was significant difference in the clinical curative effect between the two groups(P < 0.05) There was no significant adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:The treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by using the method of massage is obviously better than that of western medicine,and it can promote the early cure of the patients,so it can be considered as the first choice of clinical treatment
