摘要

目的:探讨护理流程优化在急诊患者抢救过程中的影响。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2016年3月60例急诊接收的急诊患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者30例。对照组急诊患者采用常规的急诊护理,观察组急诊患者则采用护理流程优化措施,对比两组患者在抢救总时间,包括评估时间、采血时间、检查时间、用药时间,转运时间和临床护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的转运时间,评估时间、检查时间、采血时间以及用药时间均明显少于对照组患者,观察组患者的临床护理满意度显著高于对照组患者,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理流程优化在急诊患者的抢救中能够患者缩短抢救时间,提高患者的生存率,提升患者的临床护理满意度,促进患者健康的恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing process optimization in the rescue process of emergency patients.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2016,60 emergency patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 30 patients in each group.In the control group,the patients in the emergency group were treated with routine emergency nursing.The patients in the observation group were treated with the nursing process.The total time of the two groups was compared,including the time of assessment,the time of blood collection,the time of examination,the time of drug treatment,the transit time and clinical nursing satisfaction The Results:The time of delivery,the time of evaluation,the time of examination,the time of blood collection and the time of administration were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Nursing process optimization in the rescue of emergency patients can reduce the rescue time,improve the survival rate of patients,improve the patients clinical care satisfaction,and promote the recovery of patients with health.
