摘要

护理查房为临床护理管理中的重要内容,通过对疑难、危重症患者进行查房、科学研究、分析讨论,从而制定最佳护理并进行实施,不仅能提高护理人员的基本技能和理论知识,还能显著提高护理质量。随着临床医学不断发展,护理区域研究范围较为广泛,其所面临的问题越来越多,传统以护理程序、问题为框架的护理查房现如今已不适应临床现代化护理的要求,因此我院对整合护理资源改进护理查房的探索进行相关综述。
nursing ward round is an important content in clinical nursing management,through the difficult,critically ill patients with operation,scientific research,analysis,so as to make the best care and implement,not only can improve the basic theoretical knowledge and skills of nurses,can significantly improve the quality of nursing.Area along with the development of clinical medicine,nursing research scope widely,its more and more,and the problems faced in the framework oi nursing process,problems of traditional nursing ward round now dont adapt to the requirement of modern clinical nursing,so our exploration of integrated care resources to improve nursing ward round are related.
