摘要

目的:探讨血液标本采集的相关因素对生化检验结果的影响。方法:于2015年6月到2016年6月间,在我院选择120例行血液检验的患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行血液检查,探讨患者血液标本不同采集部位、不同采集时间、不同送检时间、不同溶血状况对生化检验结果的影响。结果:不同采集部位、不同采集时间、不同送检时间、不同溶血状态下患者血液生化指标检测结果存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:血液标本采集相关因素影响生化检验结果,临床需规范标本采集,以提升检测效果。
Objective:to explore the related factors of blood specimen collection effects on biochemical test results.Methods:in June 2015 to June2016,select 120 patients with routine blood test in our hospital as the research object,all patients blood work,discuss a patients blood specimens of different sampling area,different time,different inspection time,the condition of different hemolysis affect biochemical test results.Results:the different sampling area,different time,different inspection time,the patients blood biochemical indexes under different state of hemolysis test results exist obvious difference,P < 0.05).Conclusion:factors related to the blood specimen collection and biochemical test results,clinical standard specimen collection,to enhance the detection effect.
