摘要

目的:探讨依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗塞的临床效果,为依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗塞的临床治疗提供理论依据。方法:选取2013年2月-2016年2月在医院接受治疗的104例老年脑梗塞患者作为此次研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组52例,分析比较两组患者治疗效果情况。结果:两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分和生活自理能力评分在进行治疗后都明显的降低,且治疗前后差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.01);结论:依达拉奉治疗脑梗塞患者临床疗效显著,患者的脑神经功能得到了很好的完善,提高了生活质量和生活自理能力,治疗后基本上没有不良反应,在临床应用中值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of edaravone clinical effect of the treatment of senile cerebral infarction,edaravone treatment of the clinical treatment of senile cerebral infarction and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:a total of February 2013 to 2016 2 months in the hospital accepted treatment of 104 cases of senile cerebral infarction patients as the research object,and the were randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.Analysis were compared between the two groups of patients treatment effect.Results:two groups of patients with nerve function defect degree score and life self-care ability score in after treatment significantly decreased and significant difference before and after treatment,statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Edaravone in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction clinical curative effect is distinct,the brain function of patients has been good perfect,improve the quality of life and self-care ability,treatment basically has no adverse reaction,in clinical application is worthy to be popularized.
