宗地界址点自动化提取算法研究

摘要
从图解法获取的宗地边界节点中提取界址点,针对已有的矢量图形简化算法存在算法复杂度大,界址点提取结果难以预测,关键点缺失等问题,本文提出了一种道格拉斯-普克—角度结合算法。首先在道格拉斯-普克算法中调整容差,对宗地形状进行可控地简化;接着在角度判断方法中设定角度阈值,最终获得宗地形状最佳简化效果,提取出合理界址点。实验结果表明,简化前后的宗地面积变化满足5%的相对误差要求,可在工程中获得很好的应用。
Boundary points extracted from nodes of cadastral parcel with graphical method,there is some question such as high algorithm complexity,unpredictable boundary point extraction result and missing key points and so on in the existing simplified algorithms of vector graphics.This paper puts forward Douglas–Peucker-angle combining algorithm which is a new simplified algorithm.Firstly adjusting tolerance in the Douglas–Peucker algorithm aiming at simplifying cadastral parcel under control.Secondly setting angle threshold value in the angle judgement methond.Finally obtaining boundary points with optimum simplify result.Experimental results show that cadastral parcel area change with this simplifying method can meet 5 percent relative error requirement which can be widely used in the engineering application.
