一种极化相关的透射型超材料

摘要
本文提出了一种极化相关的透射型超材料单元。所提单元利用对角开口圆环结构实现宽带线极化变换,同时在开口圆环两侧加载正交的金属条形栅格,以提高极化转化率和减少反射。该单元具有宽带、高极化转化率和低剖面的特点,对透射型极化变换超材料的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
An polarization-related transmission unit cell with linear-polarization-rotating performance is presented. The unit cell consists of a circle diagonal-split-ring resonator(CDSRR) and two orthogonal metal gratings(MG) attached on both sides of substrates. The proposed metamaterial with the polarization-rotating performance is designed with straightforward configuration and quite low profile. In addition, the presented metamaterial is also characterized by broadband, low profile, low transmission loss and hight PCR performance. The presented designing technique may contributed to provide a guideline for research of the linear polarization rotator in transmission.
