摘要

伴随着社会经济的发展,建筑领域未来发展受到国家的重视。建筑施工管理工作作为该领域的组成部分,信息化技术的引入和应用情况在一定程度上衡量着管理工作的效率。本文从建筑施工管理的基本概述入手,结合行业发展和市场运作特点分析了应用信息技术的必要性,同时从应用范围和深度、开发和投入力度和专业部门和人才培养等三方面分析了存在问题和解决对策,为进一步推动信息技术在该领域的发展提供了可借鉴的理论基础。
With the development of social economy,the future development of the construction sector by the states attention.Construction management as part of the field,the introduction and application of information technology to a certain extent,measure the efficiency of management.Based on the basic overview of construction management,this paper analyzes the necessity of applying information technology in combination with the characteristics of industry development and market operation.At the same time,it analyzes the existing problems from three aspects:application scope and depth,development and investment,professional department and talent cultivation And solve the countermeasures,in order to further promote the development of information technology in the field provides a theoretical basis for reference.
