摘要

设计方案一经确定,又可采用价值工程方法,通过功能细化,把多余的功能去掉,对造价高的功能实施重点控制,从而最终降低工程造价,实现建设项目最佳经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
Once the design has been identified,but also the use of value engineering methods,through the function of refinement,the excess function removed,the implementation of high cost of the implementation of key control,and ultimately reduce the project cost,to achieve the best economic efficiency of construction projects,social benefits and the environment benefit.
