摘要

近三年我国出现多起既有房屋倒塌事故,造成人员伤亡和财产损失,引发全社会对房屋安全的重视,根据既有房屋结构形式、使用寿命、建造标准、施工质量等情况,对房屋倒塌事故的原因进行了归纳分析,提出了既有房屋排查和安全鉴定的要求,事故处理及解危防治的建议。
In the past three years,several buildings collapsed in China,causing casualties and property losses.The whole society pays more attention on the building safety.This article discussed the existing building structure,service life,construction standards,and construction quality to analyze reasons of building collapses.This article also proposed the requirement of building investigation and safety appraisal,and the suggestion of the accident treatment and prevention.
