地下工程后拆支撑防水处理措施

摘要
在地下工程中,防水施工的成功与否,直接影响到其工程质量和使用寿命,防水施工是整个工程的关键。地下工程防水设计遵循"以堵为主,限量排放,刚柔结合,多道防线,因地制宜,综合治理"的原则。而防水重点是关键部位的防水处理,即加强变形缝、施工缝、特殊节点等细部结构的防水措施。本文以北京五棵松地下停车库工程西侧车行通道为例,详细阐述了在二衬施工临时支撑不拆除的情况下,做好临时中隔板处的防水处理。采用嵌、涂施工方法发挥材料各自优势,形成两、三道的复合防水层,保证施工缝、变形缝和特殊节点在使用过程中充分发挥防水性能,保证工程在合理使用期间的安全与持久性。
In underground engineering,the success of waterproof construction directly affects the engineering quality and service life,and waterproof construction is the key to the whole project.Underground engineering waterproof design follows "blocking mainly,limiting the emission,the combination of rigidity and flexibility,multi line,adjusting measures to local conditions,comprehensive management" principle.But the waterproof key is the waterproof processing of key parts,namely to strengthen distortion seam,construction seam,details of the structure of the waterproof measures such as special nodes.Taking the west line corridor of Beijing Wukesong underground garage project as an example,doing a good job in the temporary partition of the waterproof treatment is elaborated in detail in the case of two lining construction temporary support is not removed.The inlay,coating construction methods are used to play their respective advantages,two or three composite waterproof layer formed,which guarantee the construction joints,deformation joints,and special nodes give full play to the waterproof performance in the use process,guaranteeing the project safety and durability during the period of the rational use.
