原子能院新建放射性废液转运、贮存系统运行过程中设备的维修考虑

摘要
对原子能院新建的放射性废液转运、贮存系统进行了介绍,分析了新建废液系统的主要改进点及设计阶段对方便设备维修或退役的考虑。在分析设备结构特点、常见故障及工艺流程并结合运行经验的基础上,对于新建废液系统中常用设备(如穿地阀门、中放罐车)的维修问题进行了讨论,提出了应重视运行人员前期培训和加强平时设备维护的维修观点。提出的设备维修和去污思路,具有较强的针对性和实用性。
New-built radioactive liquid waste transportation and storage system in CIAE was introduced.Some improvements in the new process and considerations on facilitating equipment maintenance or decommissioning in future were analyzed.Based on analysis the equipment structure,valves failure,the process and also combined with operation experience,the maintenance of some equipment(such as penetration floor valve and tank container for ILW) in the new-built radioactive liquid waste system were discussed.The maintenance opinion of emphasizing earlier stage training for operators and strengthening routine maintenance of equipment is put forward.The approach of maintenance and decommissioning is practicable and purposeful.
