循环热处理对CLAM钢晶粒细化的影响

摘要
研究了循环热处理方法对CLAM钢晶粒细化的作用。详细地探讨了循环热处理温度、循环次数以及短时保温对CLAM钢晶粒细化效果的影响,发现CLAM钢在960℃以下进行温度递减的循环热处理时,晶粒长大比较缓慢,且相变形核率较高,可得到细小而均匀的晶粒;循环次数为三次时效果最佳;将短时保温作为循环热处理的预处理对细化晶粒有着积极作用。本文最终通过合理地设计循环热处理工艺,成功地将CLAM钢的晶粒尺寸细化了50%,发现CLAM钢循环热处理细化晶粒的作用非常明显,其机制来自于非平衡相变,同时较短时间的保温可控制长大速率。
Cycling heat treatment process was used to refine the grains of the CLAM steels,and the effect of heating temperature,cycle index and pretreatment on the refining grains were investigated.It was found that the grain growth of the CLAM steel is very slow under 960 ℃,and the appropriate cycle index is very important for refining grains.After the reasonable cycling heat treatment process,the grain size of the CLAM steel decreases 50% compared with the initial grain size.The effect of cycling heat treatment on refining grains is from non-equilibrium phase transformation.
